Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been received and confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

2. Shipping within Singapore

  • Standard local delivery is available across Singapore via our appointed courier partners.

  • Delivery is typically completed within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and may vary based on weight, size, or promotions.

  • Self-collection may be available at our physical retail store or office at 81 Tagore Lane, Tag A Building, #02-20, Singapore 787502 (subject to prior arrangement).

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship only within Singapore. Plans for international shipping are underway and will be announced once available.

  • If you wish to arrange international delivery in the interim, please contact us at enquiry@pardes.com.sg for case-by-case assistance.

4. Delivery Delays

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

5. Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed over to the courier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once confirmed as delivered by the courier.

  • If your parcel is missing, please contact us at enquiry@pardes.com.sg and we will assist in filing an inquiry with the courier.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply for returned parcels.

7. Damaged Parcels

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at enquiry@pardes.com.sg within 48 hours with photographs of the parcel and product. We will assess the claim and provide a suitable remedy in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
