Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at enquiry@pardes.com.sg.
Approved returns should be sent to:
Pardes Pte Ltd
81 Tagore Lane, Tag A Building, #02-20
Singapore 787502
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with Singapore’s consumer protection laws (repair, replacement, or refund where applicable).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
-
Opened or partially used supplements (for hygiene and safety reasons)
-
Perishable or consumable goods with tampered seals (e.g. powders, liquids, capsules)
-
Personal care items (e.g. topical creams, oils, or similar products) once unsealed
-
Sale or promotional items
-
Gift cards or vouchers
If you are uncertain whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item (if eligible) and make a new purchase once your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the posting of the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at enquiry@pardes.com.sg.
Important Note
This Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. Defective products are entitled to remedies under the “Lemon Law” provisions, including repair, replacement, or refund, provided the defect was not caused by misuse or mishandling.
